Why Seasonal Analysis is Critical to Your Trading?
Seasonal Analysis is a technique that has been used by traders in the stock market for centuries. It is the study of how events that take place annually (or at specific intervals) have an effect on prices and trends in the market. By understanding which stocks perform well during certain times of the year, traders can make more informed decisions about when to buy and sell particular stocks.
Among other things, Seasonal Analysis can help you:
- Understand which stocks tend to do well at different times of the year. For example, many holiday-related stocks tend to rise in value between November and December.
