Accessibility Statement

TOS Indicators wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology.

Our standard

We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. Accessibility is ongoing work, and we test the site again whenever we make significant changes.

What you can do on this site

  • Use a "Skip to main content" link and labeled page regions to move around each page quickly with a screen reader or keyboard.
  • Use every menu, button, and form with a keyboard alone, with a visible outline showing where you are on the page.
  • Pause anything that moves on its own, such as slideshows and background video. Motion is reduced automatically when your device asks for it.
  • Rely on text alternatives for meaningful images, and on text colors chosen for readable contrast.
  • Zoom pages to 200% or more, and read them on small screens without scrolling sideways.
  • Open the accessibility options button on any page to enlarge text, increase spacing, raise contrast, highlight links, hide images, and stop animations. Your settings are remembered on your device.

If any part of this site does not work for you, you do not have to use it. Contact us and we will give you the same information, or help you finish what you were trying to do, by phone or email instead.

Tell us about a problem

If anything on this site is hard to use, please let us know. Tell us the page and what happened, and we will work to fix it and help you in the meantime. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

Known limitations

Some features are provided by other companies, including Stripe (checkout), YouTube. We choose these tools with accessibility in mind, but we do not control their code. If one of them does not work for you, contact us and we will help you directly.

Compatibility

This site is built with standard HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and uses WAI-ARIA where it helps assistive technology understand the page. It is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox, and with screen readers and other assistive technology. Older browsers may not display every feature correctly.

How we check this site

We check the site with automated accessibility testing tools and by hand: using it with a keyboard only, zooming in, viewing it on small screens, and measuring color contrast. We check again after significant changes.
