Planning for Crude Inventories Reports
In tonight's video, we talk about our game plan for tomorrow's Crude Inventories Report. This trade has worked extremely well for reports over the course of the past 3 months.
We start to observe what volatility looks like in the crude markets starting 4am PT, and check to see if we breach either side's Aggressive Volatility Box lines.
If we're starting to break outside of the model, then that will be our sign to use the Conservative Volatility Box to play the actual inventories move.
Confirming Reversal Signals in the RTY
For our Volatility Box members, we also zoom in on a 1-minute chart, to show you how to use the Dynamic RSI colored candles, with our Volatility Box edge, to find precise trade entries.
This repeating pattern is enabling us to find even more high-probability trade setups, with our risk-reward ratios skewed in our favor.
We observe that although we had an edge-of-hour entry, our colored candles presented a trade that gave you more confidence in the probabilities associated with a reversal.
